100 mm dial graduated from 28” to 31” and 940 to 1040 millibars, with an index pointer, with transparent top cover, mounted in plastic case 160 mm dia approx.

A simple single pan balance with two ranges 0-250 x 1 gm and 0-1000 x 5 gm. Die cast aluminum alloy frame, other parts are chrome plated. With leveling screw to set zero and a pointer for reading without parallax error. With detachable pan having a hook for experiments on specific gravity.
